We offer precision laser cutting using a 1.5 kW fiber laser with air, nitrogen, and oxygen assist gases, allowing us to efficiently cut a wide range of materials and thicknesses with consistent accuracy.

- Oxygen assist used for thicker plate to increase cutting capability and speed
- Capable of cutting carbon steel up to 1/4" thick
- Ideal for ductwork components, brackets, flanges, and fabricated parts
Carbon Steel
- Cut using nitrogen assist for clean, oxidation-free edges
- Typical gauge range: 26 ga through 16 ga
- Suitable for parts requiring a clean finish without secondary grinding or cleanup
Stainless Steel
Nitrogen-assisted cutting for improved edge quality
Typical gauge range: 26 ga through 14 ga
Best suited for light-gauge aluminum components and fabricated parts
